What the Vocabulary app is for

Vocabulary - Learn words daily is an English vocabulary app. Its aim is to help people learn and keep new words, which the developer says can then be used to speak and write more precisely. It is built for learners who want to add words in small amounts through the day rather than in long study sessions.

The app's listing is the developer's own description. It presents the app as something to use alongside everyday phone habits, with the words arriving as you scroll.

Learning words by scrolling through the day

The main way the app is used, according to the listing, is by scrolling through word content on your phone. The developer says this needs little time from you, so it can fit into short gaps.

The listing gives no further detail on how each word is presented or how repetition is handled, so this guide does not describe those parts.

Setting word difficulty and topic categories

You choose your own difficulty level, based on your current English language mastery. The words you see are meant to match that level rather than a fixed list for everyone.

You can also select vocabulary categories that match your needs and interests. This lets you focus on the kinds of words you are likely to use, instead of working through a general list.

Using the app on a Wear OS watch and changing its settings

The app works on Wear OS, so you can use it on a compatible watch. The listing does not describe which watch functions are available there.

The developer says you can customise the app's features and set it up to suit how you work. The specific settings are not listed in the description.
