Aim, shoot & smash 3D voxel structures! Satisfying physics demolition puzzle.
By Mei-Lin Chua
Contributing editor, apps and storefronts
Voxel Shooter is a puzzle game built around 3D structures made of colored voxel blocks. Each level presents one structure, and the job is to hit it in the right place so that it falls apart.
The listing presents it as a game for short breaks as well as longer sittings, with sessions that can run from about a minute to an hour. It is rated for ages 3 and up.
The build we hold is Voxel Shooter 1.28 (APKS split bundle) for Android 7.0 and up.

Before firing, you study the structure and pick out its weak point. The aim then decides how much of the structure goes down with the shot.
The developer describes the aiming as precise, which suits players who like to plan a shot instead of spraying at targets.
Each block responds to the physics of the scene, so towers tumble and bricks scatter in ways the level does not script. A well-placed shot can set off a chain reaction that brings down the rest of the structure.
The developer advertises this destruction as the central pleasure of the game, and the levels are built around it.
The listing names hundreds of handcrafted levels, starting with light warm-up structures and moving on to harder puzzles. Each level is cleared before you move to the next one.
Progression runs through the level order alone. There are no timers on a level, so you can spend as long as you like working out a shot.
The visuals and sound are described as calm and ASMR-style, with the aim of keeping the game relaxing rather than tense. Taps aim and fire, and there is no clock or pressure built into the play.
The developer positions the game for passing time, from a minute between other things to a longer session on the same level structure.
