An addictive relaxing color sort game with challenges for sorting puzzle fans!
Senior reviews editor
Woody Sort is a color sort puzzle where the aim is to fill every tube with balls of a single color. The rule that makes it harder than it looks is that a ball cannot go on top of a ball of a different color. The game runs through a level map of sorting levels, and each level sets its balls out in a different layout.
It suits people who like quiet logic puzzles more than timed challenges. The listing describes it as having no restrictive mechanics or time limits, and it is rated PEGI 3.
The build we hold is Woody Sort: Color Puzzle 3.1.1 (APKS split bundle) for Android 7.0 and up.

You tap a tube to lift its top ball, then tap a second tube to drop it there. Each move has to be planned, because a misplaced ball can block the tube underneath it. The game works with one finger.
Finishing a level in the minimum number of moves earns three stars. Stars are also what the weekly contests count, so the same moves do double duty.
The undo booster takes back a wrong move. The add-tube booster gives you an extra empty tube, which the listing presents as a way to make a hard level easier to sort. The pin booster is for obstacles that block a level.
A reset button restarts a level from the beginning if a run goes badly. The listing also says the game includes accessibility options for different kinds of players, without naming them.
The art uses wooden textures, leaves, wooden signs and particle effects in a rustic style. Everything in the core game runs without an internet connection. Bonus levels, which the listing describes as offering different gameplay and rewards, sit alongside the main map.
Progression rewards let you customize the puzzle as you advance. The listing says the game is completely free to download and play.
Leaderboards rank players by how far they get, and finishing more levels moves you up the hall of fame. The weekly contests are a separate online competition in which you collect as many stars as you can. These two features need an online connection, unlike the offline levels.
The customization feature lets you change the bottles, balls, themes and plugs. Options are unlocked through progression rewards rather than purchased, according to the listing's wording about claiming rewards.
