The routine uses HICT, or high intensity circuit training, which moves through a set of exercises in quick succession. The developer says this method is the safest and most efficient way to build muscular and aerobic fitness, and quotes a New York Times description of the program as offering maximum results with minimal investment.
Because each session is seven minutes long, it fits into a short break in the day. The app does not require a schedule or a longer block of time to start.
Each exercise in the routine comes with a video that shows the correct way to perform it. This is the main guide for anyone who has not done circuit training before.
A newer abs workout has been added to the app. The developer presents the app as a way to strengthen the abdominal muscles, tone the core and work toward a flatter stomach, and says the routine is scientifically proven to assist weight loss and improve cardiovascular function.
The app supports Google Fit, the Google health and activity platform. The listing does not describe what data moves between the two, so the support is only described as a named integration.
Taken together, the app is a short guided routine with video demonstrations, a newer abs session and a link to Google Fit.
