The listing shows more than 10,000,000 installs and a 4.7 average from 438,669 ratings, and it states that the app carries no ads.

It suits people who want to jot things down quickly and find them again from the home screen or a calendar.

Writing text notes and checklists

Each note can be written in text mode, which uses a lined-paper layout, or in checklist mode for to-do and shopping lists. Notes save automatically as you type. Checklist items can be checked off, and notes can be archived, edited, deleted or shared.

Notes can be shown as a list, a grid or a detail view, and sorted by time or color. Important notes can be pinned, and pinned notes can be viewed through the widget. The listing also names Get things done (GTD) as a way to organize tasks.

Home screen widgets, calendar and reminders

A sticky notes widget places notes on the home screen. Through the widget you can view, add, check and edit notes. The listing says the widget is supported on Samsung, Xiaomi, Huawei and Redmi devices.

Notes and to-do items can be added to a calendar and viewed in calendar mode. Reminders can be set on notes, and they show up as alerts in the notification bar.

Colors, passwords and sharing notes

Notes can have colored backgrounds, and they can be sorted or filtered by color. Passwords can be set to protect notes, which the listing calls note lock.

Notes can be shared through Twitter, SMS, WeChat and email.

Backing up notes and lists to the cloud

The app can back up all notes and lists to the cloud and restore them from there. The backup covers every note and list in the app, not only a selection.
