What Accurate POS is for
Accurate POS is a point of sale app built to connect with Accurate Online, the accounting software the listing names as Indonesia's most complete. It is aimed at outlets that record their sales and stock in Accurate and want the till to feed that same data.
The listing describes two ways of running a sale: fully online, or offline with the transactions held on the device. Several devices can be linked to the same outlet without an internet connection.
Taking orders and managing staff
Orders can be entered by frontline staff or by salespeople, and payment can be restricted through access rights so that only certain staff can take it. The listing also says the app handles employee management and shows outlet reports.
Reports cover more than 200 types according to the listing. Their figures come from the same sales records the till creates.
Product types for stock and food sales
The app handles ordinary stock items, bundled or grouped items, and goods tracked by serial number. Food outlets can attach a raw material recipe to a menu item, so cost of goods sold (COGS) follows the ingredients used.
Each product type is set up in the same sales flow, so a bundle or a serial-numbered item is sold without a separate tool.
Discounts, price changes and returns
Discounts can be applied to a single item or to the whole transaction. Staff can also change a price by hand at the till and process a return against an earlier sale.
Orders can be saved as held orders and picked up later. A queue slip can be printed for the kitchen or for waiting customers.
Printing receipts and queue slips
Receipts print to Bluetooth printers in 58mm and 80mm widths. The listing names the RJ-58DRpp02n and RPP02n models as examples of supported units.
Network printers connected over Wi-Fi or LAN are also supported, and the listing gives Epson printers as the example.
