Acesse Automação (BETA) is a sales app from Brasil Software Soluções Empresariais Ltda. It handles the issuing and management of sales orders and customer records. It runs on smartphones and tablets, so orders can be taken away from the office.
The listing describes it as a trial version. The BETA label in the name points the same way. It is aimed at businesses that already run the ACESSE ERP or other management software that can exchange XML files.
The core of the app is order entry. A salesperson can create and manage orders from a mobile device, and the same app holds the customer records those orders belong to.
The listing also refers to other functions beyond orders and customers without naming them.
The app works directly with the ACESSE ERP, the company's management system. The listing states that the ERP is bought separately, through the vendor.
For other programs, the app integrates through XML. Software that can read and write XML files can therefore exchange data with it without using the ACESSE ERP.
