What Aqua Map Boating is for

Aqua Map Boating is a chart app for boaters who want official NOAA charts of US waters on a phone or tablet. The developer also lists ACoE survey data and marine forecasts alongside the charts.

It suits people who sail coastal or inland waters and want their charts, routes and tracks in one place. The listing says it can also connect to onboard instruments.

Buying chart areas and using them offline

Charts are bought by subscription for the area you sail, and the developer says they are updated weekly. Every subscription includes a 14-day free trial.
