Aquafon is a self-service app for people who already have a mobile plan with the Aquafon operator. It handles the routine account tasks that would otherwise need a call or a visit: money on the account, what is left of the plan, and changes to the plan itself.
The listing describes everything as one-click actions, so the app is aimed at a subscriber who wants to see the account state and act on it quickly, rather than at someone looking for a general-purpose tool.
The app shows the current balance and lets you add money to it through an online payment. The listing says the top-up is immediate.
Access to the app is kept even when the balance has gone negative, so you can still open the account and top up from it.
The app displays how much internet traffic and how many call minutes remain on your plan. This lets you see how much of the allowance is left before you run out.
The listing presents this as part of the everyday account view, alongside the balance, so both figures can be checked in the same place.
You can manage your current tariff and move to a different one from the app. The listing does not describe the tariff list in detail, only that switching is part of the app's function.
Extra internet packages, additional services and optional add-ons can be connected from the app as well. These sit on top of the base plan and are added when you need more than the plan includes.
