What this toddler game is for
Baby Phone is an Educational game from Pazu Games for toddlers and preschoolers, listed for children aged 1 to 5. It is built around a set of short mini-games rather than one long activity. The listing shows more than 1,000,000 installs and 1,320 ratings on Google Play.
The game is aimed at very young children who are starting to learn numbers, colors and animals. Parents and early-years carers would be the people most likely to pick it for a child.
Learning numbers with spoken pronunciation
The number games are the core of the app. The developer says the numbers are pronounced correctly, so a child hears the spoken name of each number while playing. This is the feature the listing puts first.
Because the mini-games are short and self-contained, a child can play one, stop, and come back to another without losing a place. The listing does not describe a progress system beyond the games themselves.
Colors and animals in the mini-games
Alongside numbers, the summary names colors and animals as topics the mini-games cover. These are the other early-learning subjects the app is built around.
The listing gives no further detail on individual games, so the exact activities for colors and animals are not described here.
Skills the developer says the games build
The developer says playing the games helps with communication and with memory, attentiveness and logic. These are claims made on the listing, not results measured by APKCube.
The mini-games are the way these skills are exercised, so the same play sessions cover number learning and the wider skills together.
