The app listing, the version table and the download step are laid out by this site’s stylesheet. With stylesheets switched off, or blocked before they arrive, none of that layout exists, so the page is not shown.

CAEd Avaliação is a tool for running reading fluency tests in schools that partner with the Centro de Políticas Públicas e Avaliação da Educação at the Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora. The developer says it is used by the professionals who administer the tests, and that students do not handle the device themselves.
Its main job is to capture each student's spoken reading as a recording, so the administrator can work through a session student by student.
The app gives the administrator a list of the students expected for a session. Working from that list keeps each recording tied to the right child before the reading starts.
A recorder test can be run before the session begins, so the administrator can confirm the microphone is picking up audio before any student reads.
Each student's reading response is saved as an audio recording on the device. The developer states this works without an internet connection, because public school networks in Brazil vary widely in connectivity.
Because recording does not depend on a connection, a test can be carried out in a classroom or room with no signal.
Internet access is needed only for syncing the saved audio. Recordings made offline stay on the device until the app can send them.
Nothing else in the listing requires a connection, so the sync step is the only point where the app depends on one.
The build we hold is CAEd Avaliação 3.1.4.807 (APKS split bundle) for Android 7.0 and up.
