What this calendar app is for

Calendar Planner - Agenda App is a calendar and agenda app that brings personal and business calendars together in one place. The developer points it at tracking meetings, deadlines and appointments, and at remembering holidays, vacation time and family anniversaries. It suits someone who runs work and home schedules side by side and wants both on one screen. The developer describes it as free.

Scheduling events and setting reminders

You add events to the calendar and attach reminders to the ones that matter, such as a meeting, a deadline or an anniversary. The developer presents the reminders as the way to keep plans on track when a day gets interrupted. Events from the personal and business calendars it combines appear together, so work and home commitments sit in one list.

Switching between month, week, day and list views

The calendar can be shown as a month, a week, a single day or a list. The month view gives the wider picture for holidays and vacation time, while the day and list views focus on what is coming up. You pick the layout that fits how far ahead you are planning.

Home screen agenda widgets and calendar notes

Calendar widgets place your day's agenda on the home screen, so you can see what is scheduled without opening the app. Calendar notes and memos let you write details against a date, which keeps the reasons and decisions behind an entry next to the entry itself.
