Cell Expansion Wars

A cell strategy game about holding and striking back

Cell Expansion Wars is a strategy game in which you grow a group of cells and push them into an enemy's territory. The developer describes the controls as the simplest possible, so the strategy comes from when and where you commit cells.

The basic loop is to hold off enemy attacks first, then counterattack and take the enemy's cells for yourself. It is aimed at players who want tactical decisions without complicated controls.

Attack, defense and healing with cells

Three strategies are available: Attack, Defense and Heal. Attacking cells deal more damage to enemies, which makes them the way to push into rival cells.

Defensive cells restore health to allied cells. Cells that multiply along a line let you extend more tentacles outward, so you can spread your group further across the field.

Supportive items and mini-games

The game includes various supportive items that help the player during play. The developer also lists a range of mini-games, which it describes as varied and unusual, alongside the main battles.

Achievements, leaderboards, languages and tablets

Achievements and a leaderboard are supported, so you can track progress and compare results with other players. The game is available in 16 languages and supports tablet screens.

The Play listing shows a Everyone content rating, 3.9 stars from 122,161 ratings, and more than 10,000,000 installs.
