What the Center Parcs app covers

The Center Parcs app is a companion for people who have already booked a stay at a Center Parcs holiday park. It keeps the booking itself in view and lets you handle the things that come up during the stay, from arrival to restaurant bookings. Its features depend on signing in.

Sign in with the email and password you created when you booked on the Center Parcs website. If you booked through a partner such as a works council or travel agency, use the "Go to booking" option instead. New users can create an account from the sign-in screen.

Viewing your cottage and booking details

Once signed in, the app shows the details of your booking. That includes the equipment supplied with your cottage, where the cottage is within the park, and which services are included in your stay.

Because the booking details sit in the app, you can check what your stay covers without going back to the booking website.

Booking bikes, meals and activities

Services you can book from the app include bike rental, choosing a cottage location, a full board booking at the restaurant, and meal delivery to your cottage. Activity bookings cover bowling, minigolf, paintball, archery and workshops for both children and adults.

The listing says each park offers different experiences, so the activities you see depend on which park you are staying at.

Online check-in and finding your way around the park

Online check-in can be completed on your phone before you arrive, which the listing says saves time at the reception desk. The app also includes an interactive park map that uses your geolocation to show where you are.

The map is the tool for getting back to your cottage, and it helps you find facilities and activities across the park.

Opening hours, menus and push alerts
