What Chatzone is for and who uses it

Chatzone is the in-house messenger Ozon uses for communication among its own employees. The listing presents it as one place for channel discussions, calls and scheduling, which are the three things a team usually switches between different tools to do.

It is aimed at people with an Ozon work account. The listing does not describe it for anyone outside the company.

Channels, threads and stored chat history

Conversations take place in channels, which group discussion by topic. Inside a channel, threads let a reply chain sit under a single message, so a task can be argued out without filling the main feed.
