What the Ozon Seller app covers

Ozon Seller is a companion app for people who sell on the Ozon marketplace. It brings the day-to-day tools of a seller account onto a phone, so orders, buyer messages and advertising can be looked after without sitting at a desktop browser.

It suits sellers who run one or more Ozon stores and need to keep track of orders, reviews and questions while they are away from a computer.

Handling Ozon orders, returns and warehouse supplies

Within the app you confirm packaging and shipping for orders, and you process returns. You can also check information about your warehouses and about supplies sent to Ozon warehouses.

The app sends notifications when new orders and returns come in, so the order side of the shop can be followed from the phone as well.

Product pages, store setup and multiple stores

You can create new product pages and edit existing ones, which Ozon calls PDPs. The app also includes a guide for registering a new store, taking it from creation through to the first sale.

If you run more than one shop, the app lets you work with several stores from within it.

Buyer messages, reviews and discount requests

Personal chats let you talk with customers and with Ozon support. You can answer buyer questions, reply to reviews, and respond to discount requests from buyers.

Notifications for new reviews and questions mean these conversations can be picked up as they arrive.

Analytics, promotions and pricing

The app shows detailed sales, competitor and finance analytics. You can use those figures alongside tools to join marketplace promotions, set up advertising campaigns, and set prices for your products.

Ozon news and marketplace updates are also delivered through the app, so changes to the platform are visible alongside the figures.
