What the resident portal is for

Condominizar Portal do Condomí is the resident side of the Condominizar software for condominiums. It gives owners and residents their unit's account, the building's documents and its notices in one place on a phone. The listing says it works only for people who already have access to the Portal do Condômino in Condominizar.

Most of what it does falls into three groups: money (bills and fee reports), bookings and registration, and building records such as minutes and accounts. Each group is covered below.

Viewing and paying condo bills

The app lists the bills (boletos) still open against your unit. You can generate an updated second copy of any of them when the original is no longer useful. Payment is made by entering or reading the barcode, so you do not need to go through a bank branch or a separate payment screen.

For the fee itself, the app shows detailed reports on your cota condominial, so you can see how the amount on a bill is made up.

Booking common areas and updating your registration

Reservations of the building's common areas are made through the app. The listing does not say which areas are bookable or what rules apply to each.

You can also update your own registration and add dependents to your unit record from the same app, so the building's data stays current without a visit to the administration office.

Minutes, financial statements and building notices

Minutes of meetings, assembly records and other condo documents can be opened from the app. These are the written record of what the building decided.

The app also shows the condo's monthly and annual statement of accounts (prestação de contas), so you can check how the building's money was spent. Notices from the administration and the bulletin board (mural) arrive in the same app.
