Don't let your contracts renew by accident.
A contract ending 30 June with a 90-day notice period must be acted on by 1 April. A reminder set for the expiry date fires ninety days too late, after the contract has already renewed. Contractual reads the contracts you have already signed, finds the notice period, and reminds you on the date you actually have to act.
Upload a PDF, a Word document or a photo of a signed contract. The AI extracts the key dates, the fees, the escalation terms and the cancellation notice period, and explains them in plain English. Then it works backwards from the end date and sets your reminders.
WHO IT'S FOR
- Sole traders, tradies, business owners and freelancers tracking leases, client contracts, vendor and supplier agreements, employment terms and NDAs
- Personal users tracking rentals, subscriptions, utilities, insurance and memberships
- Anyone who has found out a contract auto-renewed after it was too late to cancel
KEY FEATURES
- Notice-period reminders — the date you have to give notice, not just the date the contract ends
- Reminders at 90, 60 and 30 days before the deadline by default, or set your own schedule
- A separate alert when a long option window first opens, for leases with an exercise period
- Plain-English summary of what you are committing to
- Confirm key dates the first time you open a contract, so alerts fire on dates you have verified
- Import from your phone, scan a printed contract, pull from Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox or Box, or paste a public URL
- Search across every contract you have added
- Risk flagging — the AI surfaces unusual or one-sided terms
- Keep adding contracts after your monthly analyses run out: set the dates yourself and still get the alerts
- For teams: shared contract repository, batch import, member invites (Business plan)
SECURITY AND YOUR DATA
- You're asked for permission before any contract is sent for AI analysis
- Contract documents are stored in Australia (AWS Sydney). The application service, database and cache run in Singapore. Contract text is sent to the AI provider only during analysis
- Documents are encrypted at rest. Your data is never sold or shared with advertisers, and you can delete your account and data from Settings
- Independently penetration tested, August 2026
- Every upload is scanned for malware
- AI analysis runs on Contractual's platform model by default, or add your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key on any plan so analysis runs on your own account and billing. On a paid plan, your own key lifts the monthly limit to a fair-use ceiling of up to 500 analyses a month
