Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor is a single-player survivor-like set on the planet Hoxxes, where you play one dwarf. It is listed as a roguelike, so each attempt is a fresh run that ends when you die. It is rated PEGI 12.

Mining and shooting at the same time

The game is an auto-shooter, so your guns fire on their own and you never aim. Your job is to move around the cave, staying alive while the shooting handles the bugs.

While you move, you can also tunnel into the cave walls to collect riches. Mining and survival happen in the same moment, so you are always choosing between staying clear of enemies and digging toward more loot.

Building a loadout of guns and upgrades

Why no two runs play the same

Enemy waves are also unique to each mission. Wave after wave of alien monsters keeps arriving as you push deeper into the caves, and the pattern is not repeated from one attempt to the next.
