DJI Store - Try Virtual Flight

What the DJI Store app covers for drone owners

DJI Store is aimed at people who already own DJI products. It combines device tracking, after-sales support, a flight practice mode, a community forum and the DJI Online Store in one place.

The listing's About text describes DJI as a company founded in 2006 that makes drones and handheld imaging products.

Tracking your DJI devices and Care coverage

The app records how much each device is used and shows how many DJI Care days remain on it. Owners can check when coverage runs out without leaving the app.

The listing also points to online courses for building flying skills and to official guides for resolving common problems.

Requesting repairs, replacements and flyaway help

Repairs, replacements and flyaway cases are handled through the app as an online after-sales service. The listing presents it as a single place to make these requests.

Official guides sit alongside the service for troubleshooting before a request is needed.

Practicing flights and sharing with other pilots

Virtual Flight lets you practice flying before taking a real aircraft out. The DJI Forum is for exchanging ideas and asking questions, and SkyPixel is where the listing says you share your creations and try new products.

Shopping the DJI Online Store and earning credit

The store lists the newest DJI products and all accessories. Purchases earn DJI Credit, which can be spent on later orders in the DJI Online Store.

The listing also mentions gifts with purchase, including limited DJI merchandise on select products, and early notice of monthly discounts.
