Dumbbell Workout at Home is a strength training app for people who want to train at home with a pair of dumbbells. The developer presents it as a way to build muscle and strength, and it is split into a men's track and a women's track, each with its own goals. Everything runs on 30-day plans at three difficulty levels, which the listing says covers beginners, intermediate and advanced users.
The app suits anyone who wants a structured home programme without a gym. The men's and women's tracks give the plans different emphasis, so the goals are the main thing that separates them.
The build we hold is Dumbbell Workout at Home 1.3.5 (APK) for Android 8.0 and up.

The app keeps two exercise databases, one for dumbbell moves and one for bodyweight moves. The developer says there are hundreds of exercises across them, covering the shoulders, arms, chest, back, abs and legs. Having both sets means a plan can call for weights in one session and work without them in another.
Because the library covers the major muscle groups, the plans are not limited to one body area. The exercises are the building blocks that the coach draws on when it assembles a plan.
A built-in coach selects training based on your goal and fitness level, then creates a personalized plan. The listing says you can also customize bodybuilding plans to match your own needs, so the coach's first suggestion is not the only option.
Each plan is laid out over 30 days. Changing the goal or the difficulty level is how you move between the three levels the app offers.
The men's track is described around building solid muscle, bigger arms, stronger biceps and triceps, wider shoulders, a fuller chest, abs, a stronger back and stronger legs. The women's track names leaner arms, slimmer legs, shoulder and chest shaping, and abs as its aims.
Choosing a track sets which goals the plans are written around. Both tracks use the same dumbbell library and the same three difficulty levels.
