What e-Título is for

e-Título is the digital version of the título de eleitor, the voter registration card issued in Brazil. The developer, Justiça Eleitoral Brasileira, describes it as the official app of the electoral justice system. It is aimed at Brazilian voters who want their electoral records on their phone instead of on paper.
