ENGIE Vianeo

What the ENGIE Vianeo EV charging app covers

ENGIE Vianeo is an electric vehicle charging app for drivers in France and Belgium. The listing describes it as one place to find a charging point, start a session and pay for it. It is aimed at drivers who use public charging stations and want those steps handled in one app.

Most of the app's features fall into three groups: finding a station, running a charge and paying for it. A loyalty programme and a subscription sit on top of those.

Finding and reaching charging stations

The app shows charging stations near you or along a route. Its built-in route planner is the listing's stated way to plan a trip around stops. The listing says the app shows which points are available at the time you look.

Starting, monitoring and paying for a charge

You start a charging session from the app and follow its progress in real time. Payment is by a saved bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, so you do not need to pay separately at each station. The listing also mentions a monthly summary invoice that collects your charging costs in one document.

A 10% saving on charging sessions is offered when you use the app. Each session's history stays visible in the app, so past charges can be reviewed later.

Subscription, discounts and loyalty points

The ENGIE Vianeo Max subscription is listed at €9.99 a month with no commitment, and charges €0.33/kWh across France. At some stations a per-minute fee may also apply on top of the energy price. Charges made without the subscription are billed at the standard rate.

The loyalty programme gives points for each charge, and the points can be exchanged for rewards. The listing does not describe how many points each charge earns.
