A monster-collecting RPG set in Erden
Evertale is a role-playing game where you catch monsters, train them and evolve them into stronger forms. It is set in Erden, a world that an ancient curse called the Pandemonium returns to every 100 years. The game is a paid download, priced at 0.99 on Google Play.
It suits people who want a collecting RPG with a story to work through and a competitive online side to return to.
Catching, training and evolving creatures
The roster includes more than 180 monsters and warriors, all of which can be caught, trained and evolved. Legendary weapons, accessories and equipment boost your warriors and are the listed way to get ahead of opponents.
Teams are built from hundreds of ability combinations, so the same creature can be set up in several different ways.
Exploring the six regions of Erden
Erden is split into six regions, and each one has its own monsters to collect. The listing describes an open-world map with sprawling landscapes, bustling cities and mythical dungeons to move through.
Friends and foes you meet along the way are part of the journey across these regions.
Playing the story offline and battling online
The single-player story can be played without a connection. Two young heroes and the allies they meet set out to find how to end the curse, a task the fabled Crestbearers have so far failed to complete.
Online, battles are turn-based 4v4 fights, and real-time PvP leagues pit your team against players around the world. Weekly online events add exclusive unlockables and limited characters.
Guilds, limited gear and in-game chat
Players can form guilds with others to uncover one-of-a-kind items. The listing names limited-edition gear and power-ups as things that online play and guild activity can unlock.
In-game chat lets you talk with friends from around the world about new strategies.
