The app listing, the version table and the download step are laid out by this site’s stylesheet. With stylesheets switched off, or blocked before they arrive, none of that layout exists, so the page is not shown.

Expense Manager is a personal finance app for logging money coming in and going out. The developer describes it as analysing income and expenses automatically, though the listing gives few details on how that analysis works. Each entry can be a one-time transaction or a recurring one, and each can be set to cleared or pending.
The dashboard puts expense, income, account and budget totals on one screen. You can view those totals by current week, current month or current year.
Transactions are split into current and future lists. Both can be filtered by date and by category, so you can see what has already happened separately from what is scheduled.
Pending and cleared status sits alongside each entry, which helps tell apart money that has settled from money still in progress.
You can save presets for frequently used income and expense entries, and separate presets for payees, payers and notes. Adding a regular transaction then takes fewer steps.
Categories for income and expenses come with about 100 icons, and each category can be given a background colour so it is easy to spot in lists. The app supports more than 100 currencies, and you pick the one you use locally.
Budgets can be set for individual categories on a weekly, monthly or yearly basis. Each budget then appears on the dashboard alongside your expense and income totals.
You can hold multiple accounts and move money between them with transfers. A monthly account list shows the cash flow for each account with running cumulative balances.
Accounts can be reordered up or down so your most-used one sits at the top, and an account you no longer need can be closed.
The build we hold is Expense Manager 1.9 (APK) for Android 12 and up.
