Face & Body Editor - FixPlus

What the app is for and who it suits

Face & Body Editor - FixPlus is an AI photo editor aimed mostly at people in pictures. Most of its tools change a person's skin, eyes, teeth, hair or outline. It also includes general repairs such as sharpening and removing objects, and a collage builder for combining several photos.

The listing names selfies, full-body portraits, family photos and group shots as the main subjects. It also mentions restoring old prints. Someone who wants a photo left exactly as the camera captured it will find little use here, because nearly every tool alters the image.

Retouching skin, eyes, teeth and expressions

The skin smoothing and blemish remover targets acne, spots and wrinkles. The listing says it keeps the natural skin texture instead of flattening it. A separate teeth whitening tool brightens teeth and adjusts the smile.

The eye and feature enhancer defines the eyes, contours the cheekbones and refines the nose, lips and jawline. The expression adjuster is meant for shots where someone's eyes were closed or the face looked off. The listing describes it as a way to fix subtle expressions.

Group retouching covers up to 20 faces in a single photo, which suits family pictures and group selfies. The listing does not say how the faces are matched or how much manual control is available for each one.

Reshaping body proportions and posture

The proportional body tuner adjusts height, refines the waistline and rebalances the proportions of the body. The listing says the results should look natural.

The muscle and definition enhancer adds definition to the abs, arms and legs. The listing says it can be applied subtly, without over-editing. Posture refinement smooths out angles and reshapes the silhouette.

Each of these tools changes the outline of the body, so they only make sense on photos that show a person's full body or a large part of it.

Trying hairstyles and changing hair color

The virtual hairstyle try-on offers more than 60 styles, ranging from bangs and soft curls to layered cuts. It lets you see a different cut on your own photo before you visit a salon.

Hair color changes run in real time, according to the listing. The choices run from natural tones to vivid fantasy shades. The texture and volume boost adds shine, volume and fringe styles that the listing says are fitted to the shape of the face.

Sharpening old photos and removing objects

The HD photo enhancer sharpens blurry shots, fixes pixelated images and restores vintage photos. The listing describes these as instant fixes, which suits old family prints or low-quality snapshots.

The background eraser removes unwanted objects, cleans up crowded backgrounds and swaps the scene behind a subject. The AI creative filters apply artistic style transfers, which turn an ordinary photo into a more stylized portrait. The listing says exports keep fine details in high definition.

Building collages with stickers and styled text

The collage maker offers more than 100 grid layouts for arranging several photos in one image. You choose a grid and fill its cells with your pictures.

Each montage can be finished with subtle filters, stickers and styled text. Those extras sit on top of the collage, so the same photo set can be used for a card, a memory board or a social post.
