Mobile banking "Favri"
Senior reviews editor
Favri is the mobile banking app from Commercial Bank of Tajikistan. It is meant for handling money, paying bills and watching spending from a phone, without going to a branch. The listing says you register in about a minute using only a phone number, with no paperwork.
The listing also describes the app as reliable and secure. Its core use is day-to-day money management for customers of the bank.
The build we hold is Favri 3.0.3 (APKS split bundle) for Android 10 and up.

Favri covers mobile phone and internet service, utility bills, traffic and other fines, and transport payments. The listing says these payments carry no commission.
Monthly bills can be saved in one place, and autopay can be set up for them, so recurring payments happen without being entered each month.
Transfers within Tajikistan can go to Korti Milli cards, to bank accounts and to other electronic wallets. The app also handles international transfers.
These options sit in the same app as bill payments and balances, so a user can move money and pay for services from one account.
The app reads a QR code to pay at the point of sale. The listing names shops, cafes and petrol stations across the country as places where this works.
Scanning a code replaces a card or cash payment at the till, so the phone is the only thing needed at checkout.
Spending is grouped by category, and the listing says these figures update in real time. The full history of past operations is kept in the app for review.
The interface can show different background images and runs in Russian, Tajik or English. Language and background are the only display settings the listing mentions.
