For a Romanian business that issues invoices to other companies and has to send them through SPV, the question is whether one phone app can handle the paperwork around that. FGO.ro is aimed at that job. It combines invoicing, e-Factura, supplier invoices, estimates, receipts, a simple customer and item register, staff timesheets and a small ERP-style module for stock and reports.

Issuing invoices, receipts and estimates from a phone

Customers, items, orders and stock

Customers and items are kept as lists that feed into invoices, estimates and orders, so they do not need to be re-entered each time. Customer orders are recorded separately. Each sales agent can register their own orders and sees only the customers assigned to them.
