FillUp by WEX helps you plan your next fueling stop and handle common at-the-pump interruptions with more confidence. Without signing in, you can view fuel prices and find WEX-accepting locations. Eligible fleet card users can sign in to use supported mobile payment at participating locations. FillUp also provides transaction-decline explanations to help you understand what happened and approach your next step with less uncertainty.

• Pay with your phone: Eligible fleet card users can sign in to use supported mobile payment at participating locations. Availability depends on your account, card, device, and program. A location shown on the map may not support mobile payment or every purchase.
• Know what to do next: Get explanations for supported transaction declines to better understand what happened. Some issues may still require help from your fleet administrator or Customer Service.
