Keep your points on your driving license legally.

Flash Radar is a French app from the Cabinet de Caumont, a road-law firm that the listing says has worked in this field since 1984. It is for drivers and motorcyclists who want to challenge a road offence that was recorded without a police officer stopping them and that would take points off their licence. The developer presents it as a way to keep those points on a licence within the law.
The build we hold is Flash Radar 1.1.4 (APKS split bundle) for Android 7.0 and up.

The main task is to photograph or scan the traffic notice you received and submit it in the app. The listing says the app reads the document using OCR and artificial intelligence, and calls it the first mobile contestation app to do so. After submission, the listing says the firm's lawyers and legal staff take over the procedure.
The listing says you are informed of how your file is moving in real time, so you do not need to chase the firm for updates. The app is downloaded free of charge, according to the listing, and the procedure itself is run by the firm's legal team.
Flash Radar suits anyone in France who has received a notice for a road offence detected without an interception and who would lose points as a result. It is built around the firm's legal work, so the person using the app mainly supplies the notice and receives updates.
