This page needs its stylesheet to be shown
The app listing, the version table and the download step are laid out by this site’s stylesheet. With stylesheets switched off, or blocked before they arrive, none of that layout exists, so the page is not shown.

The way we work changes only when AI understands the relationship and context between the organization and its members. Flex is the transition to AI.

flex is a workplace app for the people in an organization. It covers attendance, leave and overtime requests, document approvals, payslips, company details and a team feed, all from a phone.
Employees use it to record their time and send requests. Anyone who receives a request or a document to approve can act on it in the same app.
The build we hold is flex - Relations Driven AX 2.144.2 (APKS split bundle) for Android 9.0 and up.

Clocking in and out takes one tap. The listing also lets you log remote work, off-site work and break time, so the record covers more than the office hours.
Commute alerts use background location to remind you when to leave or arrive.
Leave requests cover full days, half days and hour-based leave. Overtime, night work and holiday work each have their own request type.
Documents and to-do items addressed to you appear in one place, and you approve or sign them from the phone. You can also attach files from your phone's folders when you register a document.
Your payslip can be viewed directly in the app. The company's address, phone number and business registration number are listed under company information.
You can open your own profile and look up the profile of a colleague. You can also upload a profile photo.
The feed shows tasks someone has asked you to complete, company notices and colleagues' recognitions. You can like a recognition from the feed.
Support inquiries run through a one-to-one chat powered by Channel Talk, which can include photos or camera images. The app can also record a one-on-one conversation through the microphone.
