Managing a phone's photo and video library

Gallery is a photo and video manager for Android that keeps images and clips from one or more sources in a single place. The developer describes it as suited to finding, editing and sharing media, and it is aimed at people whose camera roll has grown large enough that scrolling is no longer practical.

Sorting media by date, place and type

Viewing and presenting photos as slideshows

The app includes a photo viewer with slideshow playback, intended for going through a set of pictures or showing them to other people. It handles photos and videos from the same library, so a presentation can mix both.

Slideshows are built from whatever you have sorted or tagged, which lets you assemble a set by date, place or label before playing it.
