What Google Health is and who it suits
Google Health is the Fitbit app under its new name. It combines fitness, sleep and general wellness data in one place and adds Gemini-based planning and coaching on top.
It fits people who already wear a Fitbit or Pixel Watch and want their workouts, sleep and daily habits in one view. Runners and people doing strength training are the groups the coaching is described for.
