Great Eastern Rewards Malaysia

What the Great Eastern Rewards app is for

Great Eastern Rewards Malaysia is the rewards app from Great Eastern Life. It was previously published as UPGREAT Malaysia. The app is built around a points balance: you earn points, keep track of them, and use them to get rewards.

The listing presents it as a way to earn, track and redeem rewards from one app. Most of its features are about spending points or finding ways to earn them. One feature, topping up Points, is limited to policyholders.

Spending points on e-vouchers

Points are spent on e-vouchers through the Points Catalogue, which is the list of rewards you can redeem. The listing describes this as the main way to turn a points balance into something you can use.

Points can also be topped up, but the listing says this is exclusive to policyholders. Anyone without a policy will not have this option.

App-only deals and campaign prizes

The app carries deals that the listing says are available only through the app. These are a separate route from the Points Catalogue, so you can use them without spending points on a voucher.

Campaigns run in the app and offer prizes that you can win. The listing does not give the terms, prize values or how often campaigns run.

Sharing rewards with family

The app lets you share rewards with loved ones. The listing gives no further detail on how sharing works, such as whether a voucher can be passed on or only shown to someone else.
