liO accompanies you on your travels throughout Occitania (train + coach)
Senior reviews editor
liO Occitanie is the regional transport app for the TER train network and liO coaches across Occitanie, published by Région Occitanie. It covers journey planning, ticket purchase, timetables and disruption information in one place.
It suits people who regularly travel by TER or regional coach in the region and want timetables, tickets and service updates on their phone. The listing says that using the app fully means allowing it to find your location, so it can suggest the stops and stations closest to you.
The build we hold is liO Occitanie 6.11.35-3246.0 (APKS split bundle) for Android 7.0 and up.

The route search covers both train and coach journeys within the liO network. You can look up a route, or open the PDF timetable sheets and network maps and save them to your phone for use without needing them to load each time.
Nearby coach stops and train stations can be added to favourites, so the ones you use most are one tap away. The planner is for trips you schedule ahead, and the timetable PDFs let you check the full line schedule before you leave.
liO coach tickets can be bought inside the app or through another online retailer that sells them. The listing says you buy before boarding the coach.
The app also lets you top up your liO subscriptions. The listing does not describe how payment or account setup works beyond this, so details should be checked in the app itself.
While you are out, the app shows upcoming departures from your stop or station. For the walking stretches of a journey, it gives pedestrian directions to the next stop or station.
Traffic information is available for the network. You can subscribe to alerts for the lines you use regularly, so notifications arrive on your phone when those lines are affected.
