Play ProtectLotusLantern is a mobile APP to control LED strip

Lotus Lantern is an Android app for controlling LED light strips over Bluetooth. It is aimed at people who already own Bluetooth LED strips and want to adjust them from a phone rather than a remote.
The developer lists three basic controls: color, brightness and color temperature. On top of those it offers flash modes and a setting that makes the strip respond to music. The developer describes the controls as simple to learn.
Color, brightness and color temperature are the core controls for a strip. Color sets the hue, brightness sets how strong the output is, and color temperature shifts the light between warmer and cooler tones.
These settings apply to the connected LED strip directly from the phone, so a single strip can be set to a steady warm glow or a cooler white without changing hardware.
The listing describes a range of flash modes, which make the strip blink or cycle through patterns instead of holding one steady color. The developer calls these fancy modes, and says there are several kinds.
The music function changes the light in step with the rhythm of whatever is playing. It is useful for a strip behind a TV or a desk where the light should move with the sound.
The developer states that the app can set up and control more than one LED strip through Bluetooth. This makes it possible to run several strips in a room or on a set of shelves from the same phone.
Each strip is controlled through the same app, so color, brightness and flash settings can be managed across the group rather than one device at a time.
