App for customers of fitness clubs
By Mei-Lin Chua

LuckyFit is a companion app for customers of fitness clubs that use the LuckyFit automation system. It is only useful to someone whose club already runs that system. Members use it to handle their club account from a phone rather than at the front desk.
The listing describes it as aimed at club members in general, not at trainers or club staff. Most of its features are about the member's own subscriptions, bookings and visits.
The build we hold is LuckyFit 3.1.8 (XAPK bundle) for Android 5.0 and up.

The app shows the member's subscriptions and deposit balances at any time. Members can buy subscriptions and individual services from the same screen.
Because the account lives in the app, the member does not need to ask staff for a balance before buying a pass.
Members can book individual training sessions and group classes themselves. The app also reserves club resources such as tennis and other courts, gyms and sports fields.
After a booking is made, the app sends reminders about the reservation, so a session or court slot is less likely to be missed.
The app builds a route to the club and shows how long the trip will take. This is useful for members choosing when to leave for a session.
The listing says the app takes the place of a physical membership card, so there is no need to carry one. Check-in with the phone is the way the card is replaced.
The club can send notifications to the app, and the app also gives workout reminders. Members receive these without opening the club's website or calling.
Members can rate individual trainers and the club itself from within the app, which gives the club feedback on its staff and services.
