Mi Fitness (Xiaomi Wear)

What Mi Fitness does with a Xiaomi wearable

Mi Fitness (Xiaomi Wear) is the phone side of a Xiaomi wearable, and the listing calls it a workout and fitness tracker. Its main job is to pass information between the two devices, so what arrives on the phone can show up on the watch.

The listing is published by Beijing Xiaomi Mobile Software Co.,Ltd under Health & Fitness, with a PEGI 3 content rating.

Calls, texts and contacts on the wearable

Incoming calls and the current call status from the phone can appear on the wearable, with the caller's name taken from synced contacts. SMS text messages are displayed on the watch as well.

Call history is read from the phone and synced to the wearable so it can be viewed there.

Notifications and calendar events on the wrist

Push notifications from the phone are synced to the wearable. Calendar events stored on the phone are synchronized and shown on the device too.

Pairing and activity data

The app finds and connects to nearby Bluetooth devices so it can pair with the wearable. Physical activity data is stored and shown on the wearable, in line with the listing's description of the app as a workout and fitness tracker.
