The app listing, the version table and the download step are laid out by this site’s stylesheet. With stylesheets switched off, or blocked before they arrive, none of that layout exists, so the page is not shown.

Microsoft Launcher provides a new home screen experience that empowers you to be more productive on your Android device.

Microsoft Launcher replaces the home screen on an Android phone. Microsoft Corporation publishes it, and the listing describes it as a way to organize everything on the phone from one place.
Its main addition is a feed on the home screen that holds cards for your calendar, to-do lists and notes. It suits people who want their schedule and tasks visible without opening separate apps.
The build we hold is Microsoft Launcher 6.260701.0.1180290 (APK) for Android 7.0 and up.

During setup you can start with your own apps or import the layout of your current home screen. The listing says you can switch back to your previous home screen later.
The launcher can be set as the default, or you can toggle between it and other launchers installed on the device.
The feed includes cards for your calendar, To Do lists and Sticky Notes, along with personalized news. The To Do and Sticky Notes cards accept speech-to-text input.
Sticky Notes can also take image notes captured with the camera, so a note can be a photo as well as typed or spoken text.
You can apply custom icon packs and adaptive icons to give the home screen a consistent look. Wallpapers can be a new Bing image each day or photos from your own library. A Blur Effect is listed as one of the wallpaper-related options.
The dark theme is built to match Android's own dark mode setting, so it can change along with the rest of the system at night or in low light.
Backup and Restore saves your launcher setup either on the phone or to the cloud, which the listing gives as the way to move to another phone or try a different home screen arrangement.
Swipe, pinch and double-tap gestures work on the home screen. Bing Search, Bing Chat and Bing visual search are built in, and you can call a contact by swiping in the launcher. A Weather widget is also available.
