Coupons, games & collector passes
Senior reviews editor
The migrolino App is the customer app for migrolino and mio convenience stores in Switzerland. Its main use is saving money at the till: you show the app's coupon on your phone and the cashier applies the discount. The developer says the coupons are redeemable in more than 370 of these shops.
It suits regular shoppers at these stores who want to collect discounts, loyalty points and game prizes in one place, without carrying separate cards or paper vouchers. Most of the app's features are built around that in-store visit.
The build we hold is migrolino App 3.12.1 (APK) for Android 8.1 and up.

New coupons appear in the app on a rolling basis, with discounts of up to 50%. You redeem them by showing your phone at the checkout of a migrolino or mio shop.
Customers who have verified their age get additional coupons, along with a special birthday gift. The listing does not say how age verification works, so check that step in the app itself.
The app has a game that can be played every day, and winning in it gives you coupons. The developer also runs competitions with prizes in the app.
Both sit alongside the coupons rather than replacing them, so a daily play is a second route to discounts besides the regular offers.
Digital collector passes reward repeat purchases. You buy a collector pass product, then scan the NFC card at the till to collect loyalty points against the pass. The listing describes the NFC scan as the step that credits the points, so it needs a phone that supports NFC and a till that reads it.
You can also store your Cumulus card in the app. Each purchase then adds Cumulus points to that card without a separate plastic card. The listing gives no details beyond that about how points convert or what they can be spent on.
The built-in shop finder locates migrolino and mio stores near you. Once you pick a store, it can start navigation straight to it.
This ties the app to the rest of its features, since coupons, passes and points are all redeemed at those stores.
