What Moonlighter Netflix Edition is

Moonlighter Netflix Edition is an action RPG for Netflix members only. You play Will, a shopkeeper who wants to be a hero, and the game splits his life into a daytime shop routine and nighttime dungeon exploration.

The village of Rynoka is where both halves meet. Shop profits and dungeon finds feed each other, so the game is about running the business and fighting through caves and ruins in the same loop.

Running the shop during the day

During the day you put items on sale and set their prices yourself. You also manage a gold reserve, recruit assistants to help run the shop, and work toward upgrades for the building.

Some thieves will try to take goods from your shop, so the stock you put out needs watching. The listing presents this as a regular part of the daytime loop.

Rebuilding the village of Rynoka

Villagers in Rynoka are the people you get to know as the town recovers. You can help establish new businesses and follow their growth over time.

These relationships sit alongside the shop. The listing describes the village as something you restore step by step rather than a fixed backdrop.

Crafting and enchanting gear

Villagers can craft new armor and weapons for Will. Crafting is one of the ways you get stronger for the dungeons.

You can also enchant gear you already own to raise your abilities, so older equipment remains useful as you progress.

Exploring dungeons at night

At night Will goes into dungeons to find rare treasures for the shop, battle enemies and sharpen his combat skills. The listing says the area you cover expands as you explore.

The more territory you explore, the more mysteries you unlock. Treasure from these runs is what you bring back to stock the shop the next day.
