It also brings in Pro controls, portrait blur, document scanning and Google's Lens and Photos services in one place. It suits people who want manual control over their shots and who also scan paperwork or search what they see with their phone.

Opening the camera and switching lenses quickly

Quick Capture starts the camera with a twist of the wrist, so the app can open without a trip through the home screen. A second twist switches between the front and rear cameras. The gesture is meant for catching a moment before it passes.

Portrait photos and manual shooting controls
