Scheduling meetings and joining by link

The app shows all of your scheduled events in one place. The listing says a new meeting can be set up in two clicks. Participants join by opening a link, and you can start a session with or without video.

Sharing files, presentations and screens

During a session, the files being shown, presentations and the screens of participants can all be displayed to the group. This lets a presenter walk through slides or a document, or let a colleague show their own screen, without leaving the call.

Meetings have no time limit, according to the listing, so a session can run as long as it needs to.

Chat, questions, polls and tests in a session

Participants can write in the chat and ask questions while a session is running. The listing also names tests and polls as part of the same session, so a host can check understanding or gather opinions from the group.

Recording sessions and getting support mid-call

Events are recorded automatically, according to the listing, so a meeting or webinar can be kept without starting a recording by hand. Technical support can be contacted during a meeting, which is useful if something stops working while people are already connected.
