MultiNotes - Reminder Notes

What the notes app is for

The developer presents it as a place for storing information plus a calendar and a reminder system for events. Short text notes are the starting point, but the attachments are what set it apart.

It suits people whose notes, photos, recordings and documents are spread across several apps and who would rather keep them together. Everything is meant to sit inside the app and be easy to reach.

Adding photos, video and voice recordings to notes

You can take a photo or video straight from a note. The media is stored inside MultiNotes instead of the phone's general gallery, and a note can hold any number of them.

A note can also work as a voice recorder, so a recording is saved directly to the note it belongs to.

Attaching files and saving locations

Any file or document can be attached to a note and opened from there, so a note can point to the material behind it without a separate search through other apps.

Coordinates of places can be saved and then located again on a map. This suits keeping addresses or spots tied to the notes that mention them.

Organising notes with Boards, checklists and reminders

Boards are sections for grouping notes, and each one can be styled to the user's taste. Checklists let you mark items off, with a shopping list before a store trip as the developer's example.

Reminders tied to events run alongside a built-in calendar, so dated items can be tracked in the same app as the notes about them.

Using notes without an internet connection

The developer says all stored information stays available even when the phone has no internet connection. That applies to the notes, attachments and places held in the app.
