What myPoste is for and who uses it
myPoste is the mobile channel for customers of La Poste Tunisienne. It covers banking-style tasks on the CCP current account, savings accounts and SICAV investment funds, plus a few postal lookups. You sign in with existing CCPNet access details, or create a myPoste user account inside the app if you do not have them.
It suits existing La Poste account holders who want to handle routine tasks from a phone. It also suits people who want to open an account with La Poste without going to a counter.
Checking CCP, savings and SICAV accounts
Once signed in, you can follow the balances of your CCP, savings and SICAV accounts held at La Poste. You can also download an account statement and view or edit your RIB, the bank identity document used for transfers and payments.
The app lists the current La Poste exchange rates, so you can check them without going to a branch.
Ordering cards, chequebooks and transfers
From the app you can order and manage payment and cash withdrawal cards. You can also request a new chequebook and track its status.
Transfer orders can be placed directly in the app. Messaging lets you write to La Poste staff through the service inside myPoste, so questions about these requests do not need a separate channel.
Buying and redeeming SICAV TANIT units
If you hold units in the SICAV TANIT fund, the app shows your position in it. You can place subscription orders to buy units and redemption orders to sell them back.
These investment orders are placed inside the app, so you do not need to visit a branch to submit them.
Opening an account and finding post offices
Non-customers can open a La Poste account from the app, choosing between a salary account, a savings account or an investment product according to their needs. The listing says this is done without a trip to a post office.
For postal services, the app helps you locate post offices and read information about the postal network.
