Welcome to the all-new U Mobile app — the next-gen, ULTRA5G way to manage your U Mobile account, made simple.
Senior reviews editor
MyUMobile is the account app for U Mobile's mobile and home services, and the developer presents it as a redesigned version of the company's earlier app for the ULTRA5G service. It is aimed at people who already hold a U Mobile account and want to handle their lines, bills and data from a phone.
Most of what it covers is account admin: seeing your lines, paying, topping up, checking usage and buying data passes. It also covers ordering and moving numbers, and browsing plans and devices.
The build we hold is MyUMobile 4.0.2 (APKS split bundle) for Android 10 and up.

The app shows multiple mobile lines on one account, so you can view and manage each of them from the same screen. The listing says you can track orders and port-in status there too. Port-in is the process of moving an existing phone number to U Mobile.
Home service accounts are handled in the same app, so a mobile line and a home service can sit under one login.
You can top up your account and pay your bills inside the app. Data passes can be bought from it as well, which is useful if you run out of allowance mid-month.
Usage can be checked directly, so you can see how much data you have used before deciding whether to buy a pass.
Sign-in can use your face or fingerprint instead of a password. The listing describes this as biometric login.
Linked-device security limits account access to devices that have been authorised, so a new phone is not able to open the account unless it has been approved.
The app lets you explore current U Mobile plans, phones and devices, and add-ons to a plan. It also covers ULTRA5G products and services.
For travel, the listing points to roaming options, so you can set up international use before you leave.
