A new build, no notes attached
Telegram build 12.10.4 reached APKCube's archive on September 24, 2026, taking the place of 12.10.3, which had arrived six days earlier. Google Play did not carry a specific "what's new" entry for this release, so the developer has not said, in its own words on the listing, what changed between the two builds.
That silence is not unusual for Telegram's Android track. On the developer's official Telegram Stable Releases channel, the previous point release in this series, Telegram for Android 12.10.1, was announced with a changelog reading "Bug fixes and minor improvements."
A fast-moving point release series
The 12.10 line has moved quickly on Android. According to version listings tracked by the app archive Uptodown, builds numbered 12.10.2, 12.10.3 and 12.10.4 each arrived within days of one another in mid to late September, following 12.10.0 and 12.10.1 in August. The pace points to a series of small, incremental patches rather than a single feature-heavy release, though without published notes for 12.10.4 itself, it is not possible to say specifically what this build fixes or changes.
