The app listing, the version table and the download step are laid out by this site’s stylesheet. With stylesheets switched off, or blocked before they arrive, none of that layout exists, so the page is not shown.

Telegram is a messaging app with a focus on speed and security.
By Kelvin Ooi
Security and privacy editor
Telegram is a messaging app for one-to-one chats and group chats, with the full history stored on Telegram's servers. The listing presents it as a tool for running online communities and coordinating teamwork, and as a way to send large files.
It is built around messaging and little else. Its features are chat, media sharing, and tools for groups and bots.
The build we hold is Telegram 13.1.1 (APKS split bundle) for Android 6.0 and up.

Messages can be read and sent from phones, tablets and computers at the same time. The listing says each app runs standalone, so the phone does not need to stay connected for the others to work. A message started on one device can be finished on another.
Because the history lives in the Telegram cloud, it takes no local storage on the device. The listing says the app also works on weak mobile connections and uses as little data as possible to deliver messages.
The listing says any file type can be sent, up to 2 GB per file. Examples it gives include DOCX documents, MP3 audio, ZIP archives and large videos.
Group chats can hold up to 200,000 members. Bots can be set up to handle specific tasks, which the listing describes as useful for coordinating a community or a team.
Photos and videos can be edited inside the app with the built-in tools. Chats also support animated stickers, animated emoji and GIFs from an open sticker and GIF platform.
Themes can be customized to change how the app looks. The listing presents this as a way to change the app's appearance without affecting how messages work.
Secret Chats are a separate chat type where messages can be set to delete themselves from both devices. They can carry photos, videos and files as well as text, and the listing says they use end-to-end encryption so only the intended recipient can read a message.
The listing says all chats, groups and media are encrypted with 256-bit AES, 2048-bit RSA and Diffie-Hellman key exchange. Any message a user sent or received can be deleted for both sides at any time. The developer also publishes an API, open source apps and verifiable builds, and says it does not show ads or give third parties access to user data.
