What the daily RSS newspaper is for

One4Paper is an RSS reader that arranges the feeds you choose into a daily edition. The edition opens on a front page carrying the top story from each section, then runs through the sections in order, so the day's news has a set shape rather than an endless list.

It suits people who want to read the news in one sitting and stop, rather than keep scrolling a feed. Reading starts without creating an account, and the listing says the app has no ads.

Choosing news sources and building your edition

You can pick topics from more than 450 checked sources across 69 countries, or add your own RSS feeds and OPML files. The front page also shows the weather for your city.

On weekends the edition carries fewer stories, and each one runs longer. When several publishers cover the same story, it appears once rather than repeated for each source.

Turning pages and adjusting the reading view

Pages turn with a Curl, Slide or Instant motion, so you can pick the page-turn style you prefer. On a phone you read one page at a time; on larger screens the app shows a two-page spread.

You can switch between white and night paper and change the text size. Tapping a headline opens the story, laid out page by page.

Saving stories, reading offline and sharing

You can save stories and download their text and photos, so they stay readable without a connection. The app keeps a week of past editions to look back through.

A headline widget puts the day's headlines on your home screen, and a story can be shared as a newspaper clipping.

Optional Collected articles keeps fetched stories beyond the printed edition for seven days, with search and source filters. Choose up to 500 stories for Complete editions. Rearrange sections and articles in the current edition, with changes saved only when confirmed. Existing defaults are unchanged.
