Useful app for calculating shares in joint land and to convert land.

Patwari App-Area & Share Calc. is a land calculator from developer Harvinder Singh Tiwana. Its main job is to show how much of a jointly owned agricultural plot belongs to one person. It is aimed at people who co-own farmland and need to know their portion.
Beyond the share calculation, the listing says the app converts land into other measurement forms and lets you add and subtract land areas. The listing also refers to other land measurement features without naming them.
The core feature gives the area of your share within the total joint agricultural land. This is the calculation a family or group of co-owners would use when dividing a plot. The listing does not describe the input fields or the steps.
The build we hold is Patwari App-Area & Share Calc. 15.0.0 (APKS split bundle) for Android 10 and up.

The result is an area for one person's portion, so it can be checked against the total holding. The listing presents this as the reason the app exists.
The app converts a land figure from one measurement form into another. It also adds and subtracts land areas, so you can combine or remove parts of a holding in one place.
These tools sit alongside the share calculator as general land measurement functions. The listing does not say which measurement forms are supported.
The listing states that the app is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government body. It names the Punjab Jamabandi website, jamabandi.punjab.gov.in, as the official source of land record information.
The calculations are separate from those records. For the recorded ownership and land details, the listing sends readers to the Jamabandi site.
